Retainer Model

We propose this model of engagement for clients who has the need to higher crucial leaders, and there is a agency fee of X% of CTC and 1/ 3 fee as retainer fee upfront once signup happens . Rest 2 / 3 is payable when candidate joins and completes 30 days time period. Replacement of candidate is given if candidate has left the organization within 90 to 120 Days or a refund of agency fee.
A full retainer model is always best for great quality hires because an agency can devote full creative and strategic thinking to the deliverables. In a way they more efficient, offer better outcome and gives access to collective mindshare.

Contingency Model

As most of the clients working in this mode, this model is good for junior and mid level hires where the number of vacancy is more or bulk requirements. The same clause applies that agency raises the invoice for payment after candidate completes 30 Days. There is a 90 Days replacement or refund of agency fee if candidate leaves within 90 Days
